Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Manage development, implementation and user experience of Company websites.
  • Collaborate with internal content owners, editors, designers, developers, and others to develop digital assets that meet customer needs, align with the overall digital strategy, and meet brand guidelines.
  • Work with Information Technology (IT) and other departments to create project requirements and obtain and oversee development support.
  • Utilize department project management process and monitor and track the volume and status of projects in the queue for these websites. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure a consistent brand image is portrayed and design standards are met. Ensure development and approval processes are followed.
  • Manage the overall websites and site analytics. Implement tools necessary to increase sites’ efficiency, reach, overall traffic, and search engine optimization.
  • Report on key web metrics and project progress to Company leadership. Produce management reports and presentations as requested.
  • Identify the need for and manage the use of external resources to supplement in-house capabilities.
  • Perform ongoing research regarding new products and developments in website engagement and analytics.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, digital design or related field is required along with at least 5 years’ related experience. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Mobile, tablet, and responsive web design experience.
  • Understand how content, design, and user interface work together to create an optimal user experience.
  • Understand development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects. Comprehensive knowledge of electronic design processes and best practices.
  • Highly creative individual with balance of implementation and business knowledge.
  • Excellent ability to communicate concepts and design rationale both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Understand design, video, and web development software including Adobe Experience Manager, Final Cut Pro Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.
  • Knowledge of After Effects, Cinema 4D, HTML and other internet languages, database applications, and other rendering software and principles.
